UX PROJECTS
This covers some of the projects (UX and Service Design) that I have worked on till date in the domains of Financial, Healthcare, Insurance, E-commerce, Hospitality with responsive websites, enterprise applications, salesforce applications, mobile applications.
Frito Lay Labor Management Application
This is an enterprise application design engagement on the Salesforce Lightning platform

Role: Creative Lead
Duration : 12 months
Team : 10 UX Designers

This is an IBM Garage project which essentially means a very rich collaborative high speed turn around environment.
​
The outcome were high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.


Marriott Associate Experience
This project was about re-imagining the Marriott On-Property Associate Experience.
Role: Creative Lead
Duration : 6 weeks
Team : 1 UX and 4 VD

This started with a discovery phase comprising of Secondary Research, interviews with SMEs to get an indepth understanding of the context. This was followed by an Enterprise Design Thinking Workshop with SMEs, Business, Technology Team and some sponsored users as well.
​
The outcome was a As-Is and To-Be Service Blueprints , followed with detailed storyboarding of opportunity areas and a prototype of the proposed solution.
ABC CSR Portal
This project involved Digital Business Transformation for complex workflows in the client's various work areas.
Role: Creative Lead
Duration : 18 months
Team : 5 UX

This project was delivered in an agile environment using IBM's Garage Methodology. Detailed designs were delivered after an in depth understanding of the e-commerce context for wholesale healthcare drug distribution industry. Close interaction and collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Sponsored users and developers was an integral part of this engagement.

The outcome were high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
